Ohio’s Callin; It Wants It’s Rail Funds Back!

In Tuesday's State of the Union President Obama promised to give 80% of Americans access to high-speed rail in the next 25 years. This is huge! And a far cry from the struggle we are facing with the Governor of Ohio to get rail in the Rustbelt.

Ohio students have wasted no time in registering their disenchantment and disapproval of our recently-inaugurated Governor, matching the speed with which John Kasich began undermining Ohio’s recovery, environmental progress and industrial sector-development with a slew of austerity measures, anti-environmental policies, and conservative attacks on public services, upper education, and organized labor. Even before being formally inaugurated as one of the least popular starting governors in our state’s history, Gov. Kasich was overseeing the wreckage of our infrastructural aspirations through the unabashedly-nonsensical and lopsidedly-partisan initiative to kill the ’3C rail corridor;’ a project designed to not only provide alternative transit to one of the most densely traveled corridors in the U.S. currently not served by high-speed rail, but also to provide jobs for Ohio’s families and beleaguered construction sector, and mobility and access both to Ohio’s young talent and elder residents.

The wash out from his success in killing 3C before even taking office? 16,000 jobs lost, $400 million federal stimulus dollars shipped to other states, and Ohio students joining the rest of the state in their lack of interest in any kind of honeymoon.

Thus, Ohioans sent a bold message on inauguration day; they’re not only mobilizing to hold Kasich accountable from day one, but they’re also building coalitions with labor, education, public services, industrial manufacturing and progressive organizations intent on ‘Defending Ohio’ from Kasich’s backwards policies. These coalitions represent the true breadth of Ohio’s diverse and vibrant society; families and steelworkers and folks who love their green spaces and lakes and rivers, rather than asphalt industry lobbyists and silicon valley venture capital managers (notable additions to Kasichs administration). They represent the true strength of Ohio’s citizens in times like these, and amount to a movement not only for Ohio’s future in socio-political realms, but also for the green economy we know our state deserves and is capable of building. A green economy our mothers and fathers would recognize, and our kids can be proud of.

Thus, Ohio students amplified their power not only in numbers at Saturdays rally, but also in their ardent potential as Ohio’s future; as intellectual capital in a state battling brain-drain, as an organized and cohesive force to be reckoned with, as social actors who embrace the wholeness and richness of Ohio, and as a movement being DRIVEN crazy by lack of effective public transit, students are showing the leadership and vision they deserve to see matched by our incoming administration. So far, we’ve found it lacking. After an outstanding student-caucus following the rally, we’re all excited to keep working together for the Ohio we want; one with it’s rail funds staying in the state, and it’s vibrant public sectors intact. Stay tuned for more student-led actions as Kasich settles into his new office; we’ll be making sure he doesn’t get too comfortable. Especially when we bring the energy from Power Shift 2011 back to Ohio!

Ohio must obtain railway facilities as well, would not they pay taxes and deserve the same facilities? Transportation is one thing that is important to work because not everyone in Ohio has a personal vehicle. Logbook Loans

There is a clever suggestion to reduce prison expenses that I heard about years ago from Las Vegas inventor Elmo Whitmire. Elmo pointed out that patents grant inventors a legal monopoly to commercialize their inventions. Prisons are mostly forbidden to unfairly compete against private companies due to the very low wages of their prisoners.

Then why not arrange for prisons to develop, manufacture and sell inventions? The prisoners would learn useful trades, and the prisons would make a ton of money off of inventions. I personally would favor energy-related inventions due to the enormous demand for energy.

When an invention outgrows the prison system, Nevada jobs could be created commercializing the invention.

Attached are lists of inventions which could be considered as part of an effort to expand the Las Vegas economy ala Silicon Valley as well as to diversify Nevada's energy mix and clean our air. (I worked as a technical writer for 18 computer companies in Silicon Valley during the 1970's and early 1980's before I moved to Henderson to work for EG&G Special Projects.)

The small photovoltaic panels seen on top of billboards and bus stops are practical because they can use on-site car batteries for temporary electricity storage. As explained in the May 2009 Nevada Business Journal article in http://nevadabusiness.com/issue/0509/38/2032 (or click on www.nbj.com and select May 2009), power companies have to resort to inefficiently maintaining increased spinning reserve as their large-scale "car battery" to compensate for the sporadic production of wind and solar power.

Spring 2010 the Boulder City City Council appointed me and Joe Liebhauser to write the anti-wind energy argument for a Boulder City ballot question to be voted upon next November. Attached is our anti-wind energy argument that was submitted to the Boulder City City Clerk and also our rebuttal to the pro-wind energy argument. Boulder City unfortunately passed the pro-wind energy advisory question by a margin of 3 to 1. For the text of our arguments see also
http://www.energy-resource.co.za/content/energy-resource/ejournal/news-a....

Attached are two documents pertaining to high-speed rail transportation - "Locomotive Power Sources" and "Non-Energy Inventions for High-Speed Rail Transportation". The construction and operating economics of high-speed rail transportation between Las Vegas and Southern California would be greatly improved by utilizing inventions described in these two lists.

http://freeenergynews.com/Directory/NuclearRemediation/Vesperman/ has my list of over two dozen methods of neutralizing radioactive waste. Additional methods are briefly described in http://freeenergynews.com/Directory/NuclearRemediation/. Dr. Santilli’s method plus an explanation of suppression of radioactivity neutralization methods are available at http://www.nuclearwasterecycling.com/. Robert A. Nelson’s survey “Transmutations of Nuclear Waste” is at http://www.rexresearch.com/articles/nukewa.htm. Bob's phone number is 702-682-6724 702-682-6724 . The proposed Yucca Mountain nuclear waste repository would no longer be needed by treating radioactive waste with some of these methods.

My compilation of "Advanced Technologies for Foreign Resort Project" is in www.padrak.com/vesperman, http://www.icestuff.com/%7Eenergy21/advantech.htm and http://www.linux-host.org/energy/advantech.htm. It contains descriptions of approximately 50 energy-related inventions. It also contains a description of torsion field communications (see attached summary). I personally have invented a major advance in torsion field communications. It also contains a summary of my 180-page design for a school network. I have combined my two inventions into a "torsion field school network".

Without being specific, David Yurth has a couple of times written me about torsion field devices other than torsion field communications. Our mutual friend and fellow non-mainstream scientist Tom Bearden has also conceived similarly exotic devices. Thus it seems propitious to establish a separate group that specializes in the torsion field. For more on the remarkable potential of the torsion field, see http://www.ufodigest.com/news/0809/torsion-field-print.php. The attached "Torsion Field Attributes" includes a claim that "A clear understanding of these mechanics will enable us to commercialize energy storage devices which have energy conversion characteristics well in excess of gasoline [650 watt-hours/kg]."

The 123-page fourth version of my compilation of 95 energy invention suppression cases is available at www.padrak.com/vesperman and also at http://peswiki.com/index.php/Directory:Suppression where a small encyclopedia of energy invention suppression cases and activities is maintained by Sterling Allan and his friends. The file is also accessible at www.byronwine.com (do Find for Vesperman) and http://www.theorionproject.org/en/research.html#research papers. Other sites might be found by googling Vesperman suppression. Additional energy invention suppression information is in http://www.commutefaster.com/klooz.html and http://blog.hasslberger.com/2007/03/pogue_hydrogen_stories_of_supp.html.

It would be helpful for the U.S. Government to end its decades long viciously thorough suppression of new energy inventions. For example, to protect the oil and power companies, the U.S. Patent Office has unfairly classified secret more than 5000 energy patents.

The federal stimulus money for funding 50 state energy offices is mainly used for bland energy projects like weatherizing buildings. I was told by the Nevada Energy Office that the guidelines for these grants specifically ban development of new energy inventions. The U.S. Government's thorough suppression of new energy inventions is still ongoing.

Robert Nelson, Las Vegas, Nevada, has accumulated a very large inventory of inventions in his www.rexresearch.com.

The New Energy Congress, of which I am a co-founding member, has compiled "top 100 energy inventions" that could be added to the mix of energy inventions. See http://peswiki.com/index.php/Congress:Top_100_Technologies_--_RD.

I know of other promising energy inventions that I have been asked to keep confidential for now.

"Power Sources for Regional Fixed Guideway" includes my suggestions on how to structure a sophisticated energy inventions development organization. I had submitted this comment to the record of hearings that were conducted in 2005 for a proposed mass transit train traversing the Las Vegas, Nevada metropolitan area from Henderson to North Las Vegas. For link, see http://www.padrak.com/vesperman/.

A HyPod adds hydrogen to a vehicle's air intake to rapidly and completely burn gasoline. Results typically include more power, longer engine life, increasing the efficiency of gasoline engines by 23%, and nearly zero exhaust pollutants. HyPod hydrogen boosts the efficiency of diesel engines by 30%. For more details, see h2hypod.com. The Nevada legislature could clear out Las Vegas smog in a few years by offering a tax credit for installing HyPods in all vehicles.

I am convinced that funding a massive invention development and manufacturing organization in the greater Las Vegas area will generate thousands of badly needed green jobs and fill dozens of vacant commercial buildings. Listed below are the various departments I am seeing of such an organization.

My Blue Energy Corporation business card shows a blue halo around an astronaut standing on the moon. For the original photograph, see the cover of James DeMeo's Orgone Energy Accumulator Handbook at http://www.amazon.com/Orgone-Accumulator-Handbook-Construction-Experimen... .

The astronaut's blue halo is apparently a visible manifestation of orgone energy.

In 2008 a spherical Moe-Joe energy cell was installed in a 1993 Saturn which operates as an orgone energy accumulator. It is a hollow metal sphere five inches in diameter filled with specially charged water. Three smaller hollow spheres of 4, 3 and 2 inches in diameter are nested inside. A hole in each of the inside spheres allow the special charged water to circulate. The outside sphere is wired to the battery.

Orgone energy is accumulated and fed from the sphere through a tube into the engine via its positive crankcase ventilation (PCV) valve intake. As the engine draws orgone energy, the Moe-Joe energy cell instantly replenishes itself by drawing additional energy from the universal orgone energy field. The car's carefully measured mileage jumped from 30 MPG to nearly 50 MPG. The car’s exhaust has been measured to be approximately 90% cleaner. The car noticeably feels lighter as well as more powerful due to a possible anti-gravity effect.

Exactly how universal orgone energy replaces some of an engine’s gasoline consumption is a subject of scientific debate. One theory is implosion of orgone energy which enables the engine to run cooler. A detailed explanation of the Moe-Joe energy cell is in pages 34-37 of the aforementioned "Advanced Technologies for Foreign Resort Project" under "Joe Energy Cell".

Ouch. The "it's" in your header wants to be "its."

This might work a little better: Ohio's Callin': it wants its rail funds back!

Hmm, also:

- Governor of Ohio = governor of Ohio (all the way through the post - it's not a proper noun)

- At the bottom, "one with it’s rail funds staying in the state, and it’s vibrant public sectors intact." Those "it's" have got to go, too.

- Brain-drain doesn't really need a hyphen.

- The $ in this sentence, "$400 million federal stimulus dollars," makes the "dollars" redundant.

Hope that helps!
